Smoked Sausage Cajun Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 1 (14-oz) package turkey smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 8- ounces pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Saute sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Add cream and Cajun seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer gently for 3-4 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken.
- Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese. Add pasta to sauce and toss.
BBQ Smoked Sausage Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Parker House Smoked Sausage
- 2 cups BBQ sauce of choice (we love Bob’s Bitchin’ or Blues Hog)
Instructions:
- Cut each sausage link into bite size pieces.
- Put into a bowl and pour barbecue sauce over the top of the sausage bites.
- Stir until well coated.
- Cover with lid and refrigerate until ready for the barbecue.
- Turn BBQ flame to low.
- Spray a flat grilling pan, that is safe to use on the grill, with non stick spray.
- Place smoked sausage bites into pan and grill until done, turning frequently.
One Pan Sausage Dinner
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic & her seasoning
- 1 package smoked sausage, cut into 1/2″ pieces
- 1 broccoli crown, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 lb small potatoes, try fingerling, cut in half or cube potatoes
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add broccoli and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning on vegetables. Stir to mix and coat well. Spread onto prepared pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add sausage.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until sausage begins to brown.
