First you will wan to preheat you charcoal grill. Once your grill is nice and hot carefully put the slab of ribs onto the grill and close the lib. After about 30 minutes open the lid back up and turn the spare ribs over and close the lib again. You will want to grill this side for about 30 -45 minutes. Once the 30 -445 minutes are up check on the ribs and make sure they are a nice brown color and no longer pink. Next, you want to remove the ribs from the frill and place them onto a clean baking sheet. Grab some of your favorite BBQ sauce and layer that on top of the ribs. If you want to tenderize the ribs even more preheat you oven to 330° F and bake from 20 – 25 minutes.
First, make sure to add a lot of dry rub to the ribs this really helps bring out the flavor and helps the edges of the ribs become nice and crispy.
