Cooking Your Turkey
First, preheat your grill to 350° F – 400° F. Once the grill is preheated place the turkey breast on the grill skin-side down for about 5-8 minutes to help brown the skin. Next, flip the breast over making sure the thick side of the breast is over direct heat. Keep the lid closed and try to avoid touching it as much as possible. You will want to cook until an internal temp of 165° F is reached. This will take about 2 hours but time will vary on the size and weight of the breast. Once the breast is done cooking remove it from heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
