Marinated Skirt Steak with Badia Chimichurri Sauce

Easy, tangy marinated Skirt Steak that pairs perfectly with Chimichurri! Both items are one sale now- get them while they last!
Ingredients
- 1lb UWP Skirt Steak
- 2 tbsp UWP Gourmet Seasoning
- 2/3 c Olive Oil
- 1/2 c Orange Juice
- 1 Limes worth of juice
- 1/4 Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 Crushed Garlic Cloves
- Badia Chimichurri Sauce for topping
Instructions
- Add everything but Chimichurri and the steak to a small bowl and whisk together to make your marinade.
- Pour your marinade into a ziploc bag with your steak and make sure it is totally covered. Push all of the air out of the bag before sealing, and place in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
- When ready to grill, take out your steak and season liberally with UWP seasoning
- Grill at 450 until golden brown on each side, about 4 minutes depending on the grill.
- You can also use a skillet on high heat on the stove. Make sure you coat your skillet with olive oil before cooking!
- Allow your steak to rest on your cutting board for about 5 min before slicing.
- Slice up and drizzle Chimichurri over the top to serve!
