CDL Delivery Driver (Class A&B)

Earn up to $32+ an hour with bonuses!!!

Delivery Schedule:

• Sun-Tue Route: Depart as early as Sundays at Noon, returning to the plant Tuesdays.
• Thu-Fri Route: Leave Thursdays 2-4 AM, back Friday afternoon.
• Weekly Timing: Average 4 AM start for other routes.

Structured for efficiency and predictability, ensuring ample off-duty time.

UW Provision is seeking experienced Class A or B CDL drivers to join our high-performance team. The successful candidates will be home daily, or every other day, and will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, dental and life insurance, as well as a 401K retirement plan.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday – No Weekends!!
• 40-50 Hours weekly (OT Available)
• $500 bonus after 6-month and 12-month completion

Responsibilities

• This position is not limited to dock stops; drivers are required to use a cart for transporting goods, including handling cases weighing up to 80 pounds
• Know the rules of the road, and make on-time deliveries to our customers.
• Know how to correctly load and secure cargo in order to prevent accidents.
• Know how to adhere to DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be able to drive a commercial truck for 8 – 14 hours per day.
• Be able to work independently with little to no direct supervision.
• Use a GPS system for navigation and complete electronic driver logs daily.
• Act as the face of our company, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner during deliveries

Job Requirements

• Be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 90 pounds on a regular basis.
• Be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or walk; as well as sit for long periods of time.
• Have good knowledge of local and Midwest geography.
• Occasional overnight deliveries required

Job Qualifications

• CDL Class A
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years
• No more than 2 minor violations within the last 3 years
• No convictions/citations for driving under influence of drug/alcohol within the last 5 years
• Have not been terminated by a previous employer for failure to comply with safety regulations or for accident involvement
• Be in good health and pass a D.O.T. physical
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English within the context of the job and safety requirement
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Strong customer service skills are essential; must be personable and comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis
