Mackerel is considered to be the second healthiest fish because it carries healthy fats, large amounts of protein, and selenium which helps with your immune system and thyroid function.
Cod is considered to be the third healthiest fish due to it being very high in protein, low-fat contents, and being a good source of vitamin b12, which is needed for energy and nervous system support. Vitamin B12 can also help fight and prevent diseases.
Trout is considered to be the fourth healthiest fish due to it being a good source of vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and omega-3 fatty acids. Vitamin D is essential for your immune system and if you eat 150g of cooked trout you will reach 100% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin D!
